Parking: Due to constructions, there are limited parking spaces at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center. We strongly recommend taking public transportation to the hotel (one minute walk from Metro Center station).
Admission: All tickets are sold out. We will NOT refund. We will not sell tickets at the door. Tickets not required for children 2 and under.
There will be an area where you can experience traditional Japanese games such as Karuta, Kakizome, and Kendama. There will be also an area where you can buy Japanese toys and snacks. There is also a Mochi-tsuki demonstration and a food court. Cash is required to pay for games and meals, so please prepare extra one-dollar bills.

Experience the fun of traditional Karuta (card games), Japanese New Year’s calligraphy, Origami paper craft, and other games.
Nostalgic toys, Japanese sweets and other goods of interests are available for purchase.
The local member restaurants of national Sushi Society will compete to offer the most delicious Japanese foods. Various foods with hot rice cakes will also be served. Don’t miss the demonstration of Rice Cake Production with a mortar and pestle!
