テニス＆ポットラック
Tennis & Potluck Party
毎年ご好評をいただいておりますワシントン商工会の人気企画「テニス＆ポットラックイベント」は、本年は例年とは異なり、春に開催いたします。これまで本イベントは秋に開催し、春にソフトボール大会を実施しておりましたが、5月は突然の雨に見舞われることが多いことから、天候に左右されずインドアで開催できるテニスイベントを5月に実施する運びとなりました。何卒ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
今回も、テニスを通じて交流を深め、健康増進にもつながる楽しい会にしたいと考えております。毎年ご好評のお子様・初心者向けのテニスレッスンも開催予定です。初めての方や、しばらくテニスから遠ざかっている方、お子様連れでのご参加の方ももちろん大歓迎です。また、今年もピックルボールのコーナーをご用意する予定です。当日はポットラック方式で簡単な懇親パーティも行いますので、ぜひ皆様奮ってご参加ください。

How to speak with Presence
Please join the JCAW seminar on Thursday, April 16, from 11:00am to 1:00pm for a conversation with Ms. Sarah Gershman, CEO, Executive Speech Coach and Presentation Skills Trainer in Washington, D.C.!
Learn to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively. This seminar focuses on organizing your thoughts, simplifying complex ideas, and delivering your message confidently so that your audience stays engaged and your words have impact. You will learn practical strategies you can implement immediately including presenting with slides, speaking to persuade, and presenting effectively in virtual settings. The seminar will run from 11:00 am to noon, with a lunch to follow from noon to 1:00 pm.
